• Proof of Living Expenses or Personal Bank Statement: Minimum balance of USD $2000 or equivalent for the past 3 months, including name, statement period, and account balance. (PDF Format)
• Latest Color Photograph: Recent passport-sized photo. (JPG Format)
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) (PDF Format)
• Travel Itinerary: Confirmed travel details. (PDF Format))
• Proof of guarantee from the Guarantor or a statement of commitment from the husband or wife (Indonesian citizen). (PDF Format)
• Parents’ Marriage certificate or marriage book that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator except those that have been
  written in English (PDF Format)
• Birth certificate that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator, except it is written in English (PDF Format)
• Parents’ valid Limited Stay Permit/Permanent Stay Permit or Limited Stay Visa. (PDF Format)

Renewal Document Requirement:
