Document Requirements

• A valid passport with at least 6 (six) months of validity remaining (for holders of travel documents other than passports, such as emergency passports or identity documents, the validity must be at least 12 months). (JPG format)
• A recent color photograph. (JPG format)
• For visa applications other than Type B1, additional documents are required, such as a supporting letter that aligns with the purpose of the visit. (PDF format)
• An outbound ticket from Indonesia. (PDF format)

Document Requirements for Visa Extension Application

• e-Visa and ITK (Visit Stay Permit) (PDF format)
• A valid passport with at least 6 (six) months of validity remaining (for holders of travel documents other than passports, such as emergency passports or identity documents, the validity must be at least 12 months). (JPG format) or Original Passport (physical passport)
• A recent color photograph. (JPG format)
• Boarding pass (JPG format) or Arrival Airline Tickets (PDF format)
• Return Airline Tickets (PDF format)

VOA (Visa on Arrival) holders cannot apply for a change of status to a Temporary Stay Permit (KITAS) without leaving Indonesia.
